RFID Laundry Passive Tags are specially designed for rough environmental conditions in the laundry management industry. The size and performance of this RFID tag meet industry requirements to speed up inventory processes for hotels, hospitals, and other institutions. This small tag supports an enhanced garment classification and can contribute to the efficient usage of water and energy. Equipped with a robust PPS housing material, the SUNORIENT RFID Laundry Passive Tags withstand water immersion, high temperatures up to 200°C, pressure, and chemicals. It can be easily and invisibly sewn into linen sheets, garments and other laundry items.
The advaNFCes of this tag:
1. Double-sided pressing process, the outer layer of the chip has a large black rubber area to better protect the chip.
2. The chip is NXP's latest UHF chip 8, which has high sensitivity, best group read performance (very important in washing), and the chip can be automatic frequency-modulated, according to the frequency of the reader, so it has stable and reliable RF performance.
3. Applied to industrial washing, capable of 80-120bar pressure.
4. Our test result is 270 times wash cycles, so 200 times is completely no problem.
5. 100% function tested by Agilent.
